The owners of this three-season outdoor room wanted a place in their home that held the comforts of the interior along with the glory of the great outdoors.  They also felt isolated from their beautiful back yard and were looking for a way to incorporate it into their daily lifestyle. 

Facing a golf course, the wood-burning fireplace, covered porch, decks,  small koi pond with fountain & stone terraces needed to not only function well, they needed to look good. 

We approached this challenge by pulling the fireplace out from the house, wrapping the porch around it, & designing the decks & terraces to cascade down to the sloping lawn.  Skylights, ceiling fans, & radiant heaters keep the room comfortable all year around.
